Freemax Maxus Max Pro 168W Kit

The Freemax Maxus Max Pro 168W Kit is an advanced dual-battery vape kit designed for experienced vapers who want high-power DTL performance and direct control over their output. It uses two external 18650 batteries and offers a 5W–168W output range, giving plenty of headroom for lower-resistance coils and higher-power vaping.

Power and control

The Maxus Max Pro is designed for experienced vapers who want manual control over wattage and output. The FM Chip 2.0 supports variable power alongside VPC, Bypass, and several temperature-control and TCR modes. The resistance range is stated as 0.1–3Ω.

Two external 18650 batteries provide the power source. Batteries are not included, so they must be purchased separately from a reputable battery supplier. Use only matched, suitable cells and follow the manufacturer's charging guidance.

Maxus DTL Pod

The 2ml Maxus Metal DTL Pod Tank is designed for the UK market, with a magnetic connection, side filling and adjustable airflow. It connects magnetically to the mod and features side filling and adjustable airflow. The kit is supplied with an MX1-D 0.15Ω mesh coil installed and a 0.2Ω MX2 coil as the spare.

The lower-resistance coils are designed for DTL vaping and are better suited to high-VG e-liquids than high-strength nicotine salt liquids. Follow the recommended wattage range printed on the coil before use.

 Screen and Charging

The 1.3-inch IML screen gives access to the selected mode, wattage and other operating information. USB-C charging is included for the device, although external battery users should consider a dedicated quality charger for routine battery charging.

Who is it for?

This is an advanced kit rather than a basic starter pod. It is best suited to experienced vapers who understand variable wattage, coil resistance and external battery handling. Its 168W ceiling and MX coil range make it particularly relevant to DTL users.

Compatible E-Liquids

The Maxus Max Pro is an advanced DTL platform. The supplied 0.15ohm and 0.2ohm MX mesh coils are intended for lower-strength e-liquid at higher power rather than high-strength nicotine salt liquids. Use an e-liquid ratio and nicotine strength appropriate to the installed coil and wattage.

Compatible Coils & Tank

The kit uses the Freemax MX coil family and a 510-connected Maxus DTL Pod Tank. The 2ml tank configuration is suitable for UK retail, while Freemax also offers larger-capacity versions for other markets.
